Get it out of your head.
A six-week group coaching program for adults who are tired of white-knuckling their way through the week. We will get underneath the chaos, figure out what is actually going on, and build the skills the planners and apps keep assuming you already have.
You have somewhere between 1 and a gajillion projects you are currently avoiding.
Hundreds — maybe thousands — of dollars have flown away to the ADHD tax.
You can look around right now and spot 3+ things that have needed to be picked up for weeks.
You quietly worry that if people at work knew what a disaster you are, you would be fired on the spot.
You live inside a shame spiral with a suction strong enough to swallow a planet.
Now — are you staring at a fist you kind of want to punch yourself in the face with?
I get it. But don’t. Let’s do something more useful with that hand instead.
This is a weekly group for adults who struggle with consistency, organization, planning, time blindness, future forecasting, and every other executive function skill the rest of the world seems to think is automatic.
Once a week for six weeks. Cameras on or off — whichever lets you show up.
Each session takes one area that changes everything once you understand it.
I walk you through what is going on, we discuss, you ask questions — no lectures.
You leave every session with one concrete thing to try before we meet again.
On the other side of this you will not have a perfectly mastered life — sorry, none of us do. You will walk away understanding the mechanisms underneath your challenges, and you will have the actions to take when things start to slide. We will learn about metacognitive moments, the power of getting things out of your head, how to break an impossible monster of a task into something actually approachable, and much more.
Get it out of your head.
Metacognition in action.
Not only time management.
Self-talk and action.
Build routines.
Recovery and consistency.
Exactly! A tiny bit of structure is not going to kill you, I promise (if you want to see what I have to say about this, look here). However, a recording will be available if at meeting time you just can’t pull yourself away from the deep research on medieval mentions of time travel (idk — all kinds of weird things snatch our attention) that you jumped into 2 hours before.
Sure, it’s not total chump change, but where is that money better invested — in learning how to harness your powerful brain, or in the late night impulsive vintage thigh master purchase?
Well, for one, I am kind of the GOAT, but I know that’s not enough to convince you. The difference here is we work on what is underneath the need for all of those lists and planners. We will develop the skill of seeing what happens before, and what are the foundational skills that support the success of the tools. Also, in a small group setting, you will get specific, individualized attention. Essentially, this is a coaching program that you walk away from knowing how to coach yourself.
Ask yourself this: do I want to keep paying the disorganization tax — running on fumes, always trying to catch up — or do I want someone to help me out of it with acceptance, understanding, and deep respect for how I actually operate?
I am an executive function coach who helps people — young and old — harness the skills that make life go more smoothly. I hold a graduate-level certificate in Neurodiversity and Executive Function from Landmark College.
More importantly, I live in a family overflowing with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and who knows what else. Life experience has given me both extensive knowledge and deep empathy for people trying to connect their genuinely amazing brains to the demands of general society’s operating system.
$250 for the full program. 10 seats. Recordings if life happens. The next cohort starts in April — send me a note and I will get you the exact dates and enrollment details.
